eBridalSOURCE.com  was created to offer brides and grooms an easy way to communicate with vendors and peers and be informed and educated on a variety of before and after wedding related topics.  Please read through the Terms of Use carefully and fully before using this website.  eBridal SOURCE, LLC reserves the right to modify, update or alter the Terms of Use periodically without notice.  By using eBridalSOURCE.com you agree with all Terms of Use.  Do not use this website should you disagree with any or in part of the Terms of Use, or ‘Commandments.’  

Historical & eBridal SOURCE Commandments

I.	Thou shalt not lie… You are in agreement that you are of an age to sign a legal and binding contract.  In addition, you must provide complete and precise information about yourself and continue to keep your information updated and current should changes occur.  Should you fail to honor this term, eBridal SOURCE is entitled to postpone (kind of like a pink slip) and or void your membership immediately and without notice.  All members, brides and grooms, family and friends of soon wedded couples (to include children of all ages) are responsible for all sites that are viewed, as they tend to vary in content.  Parents, this means you may want to check out the site prior to your child(s).  Privacy and safety for you and all of our other viewers is a main concern of eBridal SOURCE.  Please adhere (this means “to be aware of”) age restrictions should a section of the website post an advisory.
II.	Remember the Sabbath day to keep it Holy… Did you know the Sabbath is a Saturday?  Just a bit of trivia.  Read on.
III.	Thou shalt not steal… All illustrations (pictures, drawings, designs, etc.), audio and  video clips, and all other data (articles, notes, figures, statistics, etc.) are under the protection, license and copyrights of eBridal SOURCE, LLC, or on behalf of other participants that have given expressed permission for eBridal SOURCE to use.  You, as a member, may not use any information from eBridalSource.com for commercial, public, or non-private use in any form.  What this really means for you is that we have created a fabulous wedding planner for you to copy vendor information, articles, etc. to your own personalized planner and for your personal use only.  This information for your personal use must not be changed or duplicated.  One small example that will have huge negative consequences… do not remove the Trademark or Copyright marks.  Should you make a bad choice you will find yourself in breach of contract (this means you have stolen data from eBridalSource.com) under our exclusive Terms of Use.
IV.	Thou shalt not kill… Should you feel this need arise, immediately talk to a local counselor.   This could include but is not limited to family, friends, an officiant (pastor, priest, rabbi, etc.), or the local shrink.  However, we at eBridal SOURCE encourage you to seek calm and forgiveness.
V.	Thou shalt be a risk taker… Our site contains many links from our paid advertisers and or third parties for your convenience.  eBridal SOURCE will not be held responsible for any subject(s) or material presented by such advertising links.  By accessing any or all links on eBridalSource.com, you alone become a risk taker.
VI.	Thou shalt not hold eBridal SOURCE liable… This means you will not hold eBridal SOURCE responsible to include but is not limited to anything that may cause damage, loss, claim, injury, etc. to you or your business.  You also agree to not hold eBridal SOURCE responsible for opinions, materials, and information (in part or wholly) from our website and any and all links accessible through our website.  In addition, EBridal SOURCE will not be held responsible for loopholes should you choose to look for some.
VII.	Thou shalt allow eBridal SOURCE free reign with your communication… Material and information, no matter the content or how it is delivered to us (mailed, emailed, faxed, etc), can and or will be shared, reproduced, published, edited, and displayed by eBridal SOURCE, LLC in any and all forms and through any and all  media, licensed or sublicensed.
1.	Thou shalt agree to not hold eBridal SOURCE responsible for your breach of contract… All employees of eBridal SOURCE, advertisers, sponsors and those affiliated with eBridal SOURCE in any manner are protected against claims or legal action, and or costs to include attorney’s fees for your breach of contract.

3.	Thou shalt not post pornographic material… Whether submissions are written, pictures or in any other form; keep it clean.
4.	Thou shalt not attack us… This means do not send any computer code via any form of transmission (email, etc.) that is harmful to eBridal SOURCE, LLC and its’ affiliates such as viruses, worms, spyware, etc.
