6 – 9 Months
Caterer – book now
Entertainment – plan and select ceremony and reception music/musicians
Gown – start research on styles, gown shapes, and start shopping (don’t forget the accessories)
Honeymoon – start shopping for destination
Photographer – book now

4 – 6 Months
Beauty – set appointment with beautician
Contracts – review all contracts and deposits for final details and deposits
Facility – finalize arrangements for reception and ceremony locations
Florist – select a florist for the ceremony and reception arrangements
Guests – organize accommodations for out-of-town guests
Invitations – order invitations and party favors
New Home – start shopping for your new home together
Rings – purchase wedding rings
Transportation – reserve transportation for the wedding day
Tuxedo – shop for Groom and Groomsmen’s tuxedos

2 – 4 Months
Accessories – purchase cake knife, toasting gasses, guest book, etc.
Attendants – set appointment for attendant fittings
Cake – select baker and order cake
Florist – review arrangements and finalize order
Gifts – buy attendant gifts
Gown – set appointment for bridal gown fittings
Invitations – address invitations and send out 6 – 8 weeks
Rehearsal Dinner – make plans and reservations for wedding rehearsal dinner

1 – 2 Months
Bridesmaids – lunch out for the attendants
Confirm – confirm arrangements with all parties involved with the wedding ceremony and reception
Gown – arrange final bridal gown and attendants gown fittings (arrange for any last minute necessary fittings that may be needed)
Honeymoon – confirm reservations and contract details
License – obtain marriage license

2 Weeks
Beauty – make final arrangements with beauticians (review dress style and accessories with beautician)
Caterer – confirm head count with caterer
Entertainment – review specified music desired for event (don’t forget about indicating first dance song desired)
Gowns – pick up all gowns and accessories
Photographer – review contract and priority photographs desired for ceremony and reception

1 Week
Contracts – review final payments required
Honeymoon – begin packing for honeymoon
Reception – confirm seating arrangement and final head count
Caterer – confirm any final updates and final head count for reception
Rehearsal Dinner – have rehearsal and dinner
Relax – get plenty of rest!
